nasi ambeng

Helping for preparing lauk nasi ambeng. traditonally, the chicken must be tied up.
maybe tak bagi lari kot,, hehehe....

the Embah2 are doing all the steps for preparing these menu tradisional nasi ambeng especially for

welcoming baby ceremony...ataupun majlis kesyukuran menyambut baby baru laa..

this is the chicken looklike and put in the periok before di masak menu curry.Actually this is  one kind of nasi ambeng which is called "Engkong".The chicken is cooked in different menu as usual nasi ambeng are, which is usually dimasak kicap or semur.

offcourse the pelengkap menu nasi ambeng ini adalah sambal goreng, peyek,kuluban(kerabu),

dan serondeng kelapa.mmmm...nyum..nyum..

this is the final and the really situation how the nasi ambeng are served. Must put in the dulang or talam

and eaten by 4 peoples.

All my makcik are olso helping for this ceremony..tq ya..

hmmm...apalagiii...melantak la lepas bacaan doa dan sedikit doa selamat, praying  and thanks for all the goodness...

the specially,all those situation are happened in my old parents house which  burnt in 2008.
